In the beginning of 2021, the president of AdventHealth and Strategy department recognized the need to empower the organization's executives to reflect deeply, understand how COVID-19 will impact our future, and capitalize on the significance of resiliency and innovation happened during these events.

1100+ Videos from 77 Leaders

Welcome kits invited executives to participate in the digital platform ‘indeemo’ and self-record their answers to the 15 questions on how they led self, led others, and led results during the pandemic. The interviewee panel was carefully selected across leadership roles and divisions. 

The team watched 1100+ videos from 77 leaders to collect keywords and quotes and synthesized overarching themes, key insights, and identified 18 leadership attributes.

Actions Evolving into
Organizational Values


The 18 leadership attributes were the most common keywords among the leaders. The research lead and I studied how leaders explained their relations and created a Value Affinity Map to capture how executives' actions evolved into consequences and transformational benefits, and lead upto organizational values.




Sharing Back To The Executives

The value affinity map attracted much interest and engagement from the president and the top cabinet, and the research findings were given to the organization's top 100 leaders at the annual President's Council and utilized as a tool to reflect and discuss. In addition, the key insights and findings were integrated into AdventHealth Leadership Institute's classes.
