In 2019, AdventHealth’s 10-year Vision to become a consumer-focused clinical care company started by identifying key service offerings. The Consumer Strategy department

This was one of the first projects I got into since joining the organization. The team had already narrowed down to 6 initiatives, and was preparing to host a co-creation session with HR leaders to further define commitments and milestones under each initiative. I facilitated two groups on ‘Family From Day One’ and ‘Lighted Career Path’ initiatives.

Then we synthesized the notes and weaved 16 concepts into a storyboard as a journey of a nurse at AdventHealth, from getting hired to promoted to a life as manager. We chose a nurse to cater the core experience to them, and also because a lot of concepts were transferrable to anciliary clinical profession and non-clinical profession.
